The Stockbroker

The Stockbroker

The importance of the broker as a source of information is that he is able to quote last-minute prices for immediate purchase or sale. The broker also performs a useful function in con-firming, or otherwise, the soundness of your own selections. Brokers possess statistical cards which give full records of the past performance of companies whose shares are quoted on the Stock Exchange. They also tender reasons for rises and declines in prices, and give their own estimation of future prospects in the light of their experience and knowledge.
